Kameo XXF

Kameo one of the original characters made by Rare that premiered on the Xbox 360, though the game was initially slated for the Gamecube, that apparently was not meant to be seeing as Rare was bought by Microsoft before the game could go out on Gamecube. It was later released for the Xbox 360, I personally haven't played the full game, but I have played the demo, it's a fun game, and Kameo to me would be a no brainer for an Xbox platform fighter, being a unique fighter using fairy abilities, and changing into different forms the most powerful of which used for supers, and not only that who doesn't like a fairy with large...wings.
